Experiences organized by us
We have organized many different events over the years, from national projects to private events.
Among other things, we have participated in the communication campaign for Estonia’s accession to the EU and Estonia’s accession to the eurozone, and we helped organize Barack Obama’s press conference at Eesti Pank .
With the same great joy and enthusiasm, we have undertaken corporate summer days and Christmas galas as well as personal anniversaries such as weddings, jubilees and birthdays.

Threod Systems Winter Days at Kiviõli Adventure Center and Toila Spa
Epic winter days at Kiviõli Adventure Center with the best weather of the season (sunshine, -2°C, and snow), relaxing spa time and an evening party at Toila SPA Hotel – all together with the amazing Kvark team, Reigo Ahven’s powerful conducting, music from Funkifize, and of course the incredible Threod band put together by Reigo – that was the cherry on top! 🪘🎵💏🎧🎤🎶

Krausberg New Year’s Party @Ocean11
A beautiful seaside party with a golden and nautical touch – of course, there was an oyster bar, great music by Funkifize, delicious food and drinks, an AI photo booth, and a few sharp questions from the sea bear himself, Andres Karu 🙂
We were delighted to contribute and organize this special event!

Gangsters, pearls and feathers, escaping the mafia, giant flowers, and the best party guests – the VIA3L crew sure knows how to celebrate! Full event management by us.
MERCK conference and formal closing gala
3 days, 4 locations, 130 top professionals from Scandinavia and the Baltics, countless details, alignments, and negotiations – plus truly great partners to bring it all to life – MERCK’s “Northern Winter Conference”, held for the first time, and in Estonia.
We handled the official programme at Radisson Collection Hotel, as well as events at Tuljak and Farm restaurants, and the grand closing gala at the Seaplane Harbour – it was a true marathon 🙂

ABB Drives factory 20th anniversary celebration
It was a joy to reunite with all 252 guests who attended this milestone celebration! The ballroom at the Hilton Hotel was certainly a fitting and elegant venue for marking such an occasion. Full event production was delivered by our team in close and expert collaboration with the amazing women of ABB – our deepest thanks and appreciation!
When you have many different nationalities and a large, diverse group of people, it might seem like a challenge to create an inclusive and engaging atmosphere. But the cheerful feedback and emotions shared during the party show that we succeeded – yes! 😊
We’re always happy to contribute, and this event is a perfect example of why we love what we do – because people and collaboration are at the heart of it all.
Wizon New Year’s Party at Allee Restaurant
How lovely it is to get the chance to meet the wonderful people of Wizon at least once a year! We were happy to take care of the full organization of the New Year’s party (as always, together with Jana – thank you! 😊). The pleasure was all ours.
ABB Motors and Generators Factory New Year’s Party
A golden New Year’s party filled with gratitude, recognition, and heartfelt appreciation for the people. What a joy it was to see even more guests than expected – 260 attendees, making it a full house for food, music, and entertainment! We were happy to take care of the full event production, and even though the planning came together at the last minute, we still managed to bring in the best talents – as confirmed by the cheerful feedback.

Käo Support Centre and Käo Basic School Recognition Event at the Nordic Hotel Forum
Käo Support Centre and Käo Basic School Recognition Event – we were once again delighted to contribute! Just over 100 people attended – each and every one of them deserving recognition for their work with children and adults with intellectual disabilities. This kind of work can only be done by people with truly big hearts – and that’s exactly what we saw here. From leadership to cleaning staff, everyone supports and uplifts one another.
This is without a doubt a group that knows how to celebrate – and that’s exactly what we did, alongside all the well-deserved recognition and thank-you! Full event production by us – venue décor, host, band, photo corner, artist sketches of the guests, and all technical solutions.
Linde Gas Christmas Party
Linde Gas cheerful Christmas party at Basiilik, spreading across two floors! 🎄 This was one of those events where quite a few more guests showed up than initially expected in our planning with the client 🙂 — but we quickly found room for everyone, served delicious food and drinks — everyone is always welcome, and it was such a joy to see so many people choose to come! Full event management by us – big thanks to Marii and the amazing Linde Gas ladies for trusting us once again!

Strong cooperation – a secure future!
A powerful closing event of a remarkable programme and partnership, bringing together key decision-makers from Estonia, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein – all on the same stage and around the same table.
It’s truly heartening to witness the impact of these grants and, most importantly, to see how many meaningful and forward-thinking actions and solutions we’ve been able to bring to Estonia and its people. We are proud to be part of the bigger picture for Estonia – thank you once again to the State Shared Service Centre for trusting us!
Full event management by us: entertainment right in the heart of the conference with a lively violin/cello duo, a powerful Estonian–Liechtenstein jazz orchestra, interpreters, and complete conference setup and decoration.
ABB Headquarters Year-End Party – La Dolce Vita!
This year’s year-end party took guests on a journey through Italy and the joy of life – all set in the elegant ballroom of Hilton Hotel. ABB always puts its people first, and once again, appreciation and recognition were at the heart of the celebration.
The event also highlighted ABB’s recently launched new brand message, which was reflected in the event décor and messaging. The evening featured creative photo solutions, an energetic live band, and – of course – ABB’s very own leadership drum ensemble!

Public Procurement: “Organisation of the Final Event of the Estonian EU External Border Programme”
Final event organisation commissioned by the State Shared Service Centre (Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus), held at the Mooste Folgikoda – full-service production from edible floral decorations to the best musician in the country, and a unique co-creation by Rute/Ruslan Trochynskyi and sand artist Madli.
The programme also featured a powerful Seto choir, live folk musicians, dancing, an energizer for the conference part, creative photo solutions, and artist-designed gifts for the programme’s top performers.
The evening concluded with a joint dance between Svjata Vatra and the Setos/participants – a true dream event for any organiser!

Windak’s 30th Summer Anniversary Celebration
Since the company was founded 30 years ago by crossing the sea, the only right place to celebrate was Valkla Holiday Center by the seaside. In addition to daytime teambuilding and boat-building activities, the Windak team experienced something truly powerful at sunset – their very own drum show, crafted with their own hands and full of energy and spectacle.

The Agriculture and Food Board Summer Seminar
This year’s summer seminar brought together nearly 300 people at Toosikannu Holiday Center. The Agriculture and Food Board is made up of truly special people – they are easy and fun to work with, almost everyone shows up (and that’s over 300 people!), they’re cheerful, engaged, smart, and aware – basically a dream crowd to organize for!
We handled the full event management – from building the tent to catering and workshops.
Huge thanks for trusting us time and again – there’s nothing better than working with a team that can see the big picture in every detail while staying focused on what truly matters. That’s exactly what the powerful organizing team at the Agriculture and Food Board is like!
Rain’s Summer Birthday Celebration
Rain’s 35th Birthday Celebration in the heart of beautiful Põlvamaa, at the Valgesoo Maakivi Villa. From concept to execution – including venue decor – everything came together smoothly in great collaboration with the birthday host and the lovely villa owners. The evening hosts, Mattias Naan and Kaarel Nõmmik, wrapped up the party with a perfect finishing touch. 🙂
Merit Tarkvara Inspiration day
We were delighted to contribute to the organization of Merit Tarkvara’s first conference and inspiration day. A whole host of excellent speakers, impressive production, decor, a daytime inspiration session, and an evening party – and of course, a great crowd of wonderful people from all over Estonia who came to watch and listen. We received excellent feedback from both the client and the participants – the best recognition for our work. The 3rd birthday party of the Agriculture and Food Board at Song Festival Grounds
It was a real pleasure to once again organize a great and spectacular birthday party for the people of the Agriculture and Food Board! Many good performers, delicious food, nice atmosphere – and most importantly – very nice people from all over Estonia – this is the best recipe for a memorable party. It was a pleasure to contribute once again, congratulations PTA!!
ABB Drives factory New Year and appreciation party
ABB is a company that certainly values people, their safety and well-being. You could feel it at this party as well – almost 300 people came, those who received recognition were ready to say a few words on the microphone – including why they like working at ABB – and the majority pointed out good people, stability; many wanted to take a picture and talk with the factory manager – you can feel that people are important – and that’s a value! We had the pleasure of working together again, we contributed with full organization – still happily and gratefully:)
E-Piim’s dignified New Year’s party
The powerful group of E-Piima from all over Estonia meets once a year – and that’s exactly at this party. We had the pleasure of organizing a party for 150 people and building a powerful party hall at the E-Piima Sports Hall in Paide. And this party was great, under the leadership of Kait Kalli and the combination of stand-up, the party notes started, the beautiful deco and the well-thought-out technical solution made the room festive – in addition to good music, great entertainment and food and, of course, a great party company – thank you for trusting us!
Käo Tugikeskus’s appreciation and New Year’s party @Nero restaurant
The people at the Käo Tugikeskus and the elementary school are nice – probably this is also due to the nature of the work – everyone without exception! Almost 100 people came through the wind and storm, after the most important part of the evening – recognizing the people – the party started! Trio Comodo brought the party guests to dance from the first bar, lots of fun and laughter, joy of being together, delicious food – we thank you for being able to contribute with a full arrangement again!
Wizon New Year Party and 10th Birthday Celebration
It’s great to see the growth and development of the company, great result Wizon, congratulations!! For that evening, the tables in Platz restaurant were pushed to the wall, the band, small surprise performers, a photo wall and all other beauty were brought in – and the party continued until the early hours of the morning. Thank you for trusting us again!
Stora Enso’s birthday and Christmas party
We also organize smaller events with great pleasure – this is how Stora Enso’s birthday and Christmas party near Kadrioru Park came about. Themed team game, great food, DJ and good company – and feedback from people – “The best Christmas party we’ve ever had!” We are happy to contribute 🙂
Tallinn District Court’s Christmas party
A cheerful Christmas party, where we were once again able to make a busy meeting room cozy and festive! Christmas cider training, nice drinks and thrifty-happy company are definitely a recipe for a memorable Christmas party.
ABB’s lively year-end party at Klinkberg Venues
It was a pleasure to once again contribute to the organization of their party together with the nice ABB company! The party was festive and joyful, the main focus was on thanking and recognizing people – ABB already knows how to remember its people! We had the pleasure of contributing with the full arrangement, from deco and technical solutions to delicious food, magic and music.

Balti Spoon 25
The biggest event of this summer and completed in the shortest time – Balti Spoon’s family day with 400 participants. As a company focused on the family and its values, there were also great and innovative activities for both young and old on those summer days. We probably succeeded, because the parents were able to enjoy the day and the little ones didn’t want to leave at the end of the party 🙂

For everyone to have a good time – that’s what we had in mind on this summer’s day, in addition to highlighting ABB’s core values. When there are people from more than 15 different nationalities together, it is definitely important! And people left with bright eyes:)

A party for almost 200 people at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater with the WAF choir and soloists Eleryn Tiit, Karl-Erik Taukar and Liis Lemsalu – it was an experience!
