According to Gerli Taniloo-Sunduk, the founder and leader of the company, the most important motto for organizing a memorable event is that everything is possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We don’t mean only powerful content solutions here, but rather that we have made very big events in a very tight time frame, found solutions in situations where it seems as if they don’t exist, and made U-turns at the last moment. We do our work with passion – it’s pure pleasure that leads to outstanding results,” describes Gerli. “Our work is usually the organization of the event from the idea to the end, all the big and small details that the client wants to see and achieve. At the same time, clients often do not know what exactly they want when they approach us, but the final vision is born in joint cooperation.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Createvents` desire is to have two goals in mind when organizing events . First, that the event conveys the client’s goals and values \u200b\u200bin such a way that they reach all participants. Secondly, sustainability and environmental awareness, that is, the organization of every event involves a whole series of choices, from which the ones that reduce the ecological footprint of all of us are always chosen.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Bringing out values \u200b\u200b- this can be done, for example, with visuals and activities – is close to our hearts. Whether it’s the feeling that there was a nice party and warm communication or the choices of activities stemming from the company’s values, which create a feeling of unity and support and clearly say how the employer, partner or friend cares and is grateful for my contribution,” explains Gerli. “We help to find the added value of why people should come together on a day off. And the greatest recognition for both the party host and us is when the guests don’t want to leave the party!”<\/span><\/p>\n

But how to organize an event in a sustainable and environmentally conscious way ? Here at Createvents, many tricks have accumulated over the years. “For example, if there is food left over from the event, we have good partners with whom we can take it to those in need. For dishes, we use either real dishes or recyclable ones, our balloons are always biodegradable and we reuse festive red carpets. If there are a lot of flowers and flower arrangements at the party, they are later taken to decorate the client’s office or home, and we try to keep the generation of waste close to zero. We have really been responsible since the first days of our business – we give to those who need help. And we gladly involve small, good Estonian makers.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Every month, the company donates part of its profits to active non-profit organizations in the fields of social, health, education or the environment, and last year, for example, a nice small family company from V\u00e4ike-Maarja was involved in making Christmas gifts for customers and partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using an agency is cheaper and less stressful than self-organization<\/span><\/p>\n

Gerli states that the Createvents team is very proud of the work done so far and the experiences that give them the courage to stand out and be unique. “We are happy to share our knowledge, skills and worldview both through trainings and personal communication. According to him, it is certainly not worth fearing higher prices due to the involvement of an agency. “Most of the time, it’s the other way around, because as an agency, we have many cooperation partners with whom agreed prices apply. We can also always review the budget together with the client and find more favorable options. You’ll have less stress when you don’t have to think about how the pieces fit together. For me, on the other hand, it’s a challenge and a gamble when one part of the formula suddenly changes and I have to find a solution – whether it’s the number of guests, the performer getting sick or something else. There are no unsolvable situations, and sometimes a problem turns out to be such a great solution that can be offered to other customers in the future!”<\/span><\/p>\n
